RingCentral offers extensive call-logging capabilities to help small businesses manage their communications. For auditing, sales, customer service and planning purposes, it's often essential that small businesses have access to detailed records of their inbound and outbound calls.
With RingCentral, users access their call logs through the online User Portal, with a choice of displaying several levels of detail. In the default view, users can simply see who called and when. But with detailed reporting, call logs can be displayed by date range, type of call, inbound/outbound, as well as filtered by contact, extension or phone number. All call record fields are sortable, so users can easily find individual call records in their call logs.
