Call Whisper Feature - Hosted Call Management SystemBefore connecting you to your caller, the auto-receptionist calls you first and announces the caller’s name. You have the option to accept, reject or send the call to your voicemail. You can also block callers and see the blocked Caller Displays.
When callers dial your RingCentral number or extension, RingCentral allows users to take real-time action on the call. The simplest screening option prompts the caller to provide their name, which is played to the user who can then accept or reject the call. Call Whisper can be activated based on Caller Display or contact list membership. Call Whisper greetings, In-Queue Music and music interrupt prompts are all customizable.
