How RingCentral Call Logging System Work
Call logs give you information on the type of transaction, activity, length, date and time of the transaction. This information can be downloaded from your main number and extensions to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for cost analysis.
Every call and fax to your RingCentral number is recorded and stored in your online account indefinitely. Each transaction is date-and-time-stamped. Your complete records are accessible for an unlimited time, up to 200 faxes, in your online account. All your faxes will also be stored indefinitely in your Call Controller inbox.
