How RingCentral Call Whisper Feature Work
When callers dial your RingCentral number, the auto-receptionist identifies the call and displays the name and number of the caller in your phone or our exclusive Call Controller pop-up tool on your computer. Through your auto-receptionist, you can have the caller state their name, which you will hear through phone or through your computer speakers. And since RingCentral is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, you can also see the names of your outlook contacts as the screening information when they call.
You also have the option to answer, reject, or send the call into your voicemail, or just type your reply that will be converted to audio and read to your caller through our auto-receptionist.
