How RingCentral Desktop Call Controller Feature Works

RingCentral Call Controller offers an interactive and user-friendly way to access call information and logs. It provides quick links to full records of messages, recent calls, contacts and faxes.

When a call comes in, callers will be greeted by an IVR auto-receptionist and asked to state their name if you so choose. While doing this, Call Controller opens your computer screen and identifies the incoming call through your Caller Display. You can then manage the call, depending on what you want to do. Route it to another phone, reject it, send the call to your voicemail, or send a text-to-speech reply.

If you’re too busy to answer calls, one click sends all incoming calls to your voicemail.

Through your call logs, you can have immediate access to a complete record of all calls even whether they were connected or not, or if they left a message or not. Simply click into your online account to manage extensions, change screening and routing options.
