How RingCentral Call Management Voicemail Service Work
With this feature, you can check messages from anywhere and you will no longer miss calls. New voicemails are stored for an unlimited time, up to 200 message, in your online account. All your messages will also be stored indefinitely in your Call Controller inbox. You can store these messages locally so you can listen to it even when you’re offline.
RingCentral has several voicemail delivery and notification options:
Email
Incoming voicemail messages will be sent to you as a .wav file that you can play over your speakers. To access, just open your email, click the icon and the message will play on your computer speakers.
Call Controller, a real-time desktop call management tool
Simply click the Call Controller icon in your computer task bar for it to open. Open the message folder, then click the icon to listen to any message in any order.
Your online account
Log in to your account and click “Messages” in the main menu. Afterwards, click the icon to listen to the messages in any order.
Your Phone
Call your RingCentral number to log in. Leaving and listening to voicemail by phone is FREE if you use a local number.
