The UC Awards hosted by UC Today is a global event designed to celebrate the pioneers, innovators, and leaders in the market. Bringing together the best in Unified Communications, Collaboration, and CX technology, the awards recognise the best innovators in the industry. According to the website, this year’s nominees were judged on features like Agility, Leadership, Investment, Innovation, Growth, Partnerships, and even Team Spirit.
In the announcement video, UC Today Presenter and Tech Journalist, Patrick Watson, explained the criteria for the award. “The judges were looking for an applicant who could demonstrate an offering incorporating voice, video, messaging, and advanced features and integrations. This holistic approach to UC is important now as customers we speak to are looking for that one-stop shop for all their needs.”
