RingCentral at UC Expo 2018: Unlocking The Power of Workplace Collaboration

RingCentral UC Expo 2018: Unlocking the Power of Workplace Collaboration

As we get ready for UC EXPO 2018, Europe’s largest unified communications and collaboration event, the UC EXPO provides a great opportunity to examine the drivers that customers are demanding to accelerate their digital transformation and gain a competitive advantage.

Over the last few years speaking to customers, it’s clear that many organisations have undergone a major shift towards agility, fostered in part by adoption of the cloud, and innovative new communication technologies. In the always on the internet age, many have streamlined critical business tasks through better multichannel interactions between teams, suppliers, and customers.

RingCentral’s Chief Strategy Officer, Praful Shah, will offer a “view from the top” to discuss the industry’s current challenges, strategies, and forecasts for 2018 and beyond with a focus on cloud computing and AI. Click To Tweet

This trend has matched RingCentral’s core strategy to always remain customer focused, helping our customers deliver a world class customer experience. It’s about harnessing the knowledge and skills within each organisation and using complementary technology to integrate systems, so they can deliver more value than the sum of their respective parts.

But what does the future hold? At UC EXPO 2018, our stand (F120) will be looking at how to further enhance your potential with several new product announcements alongside educational presentations that highlight how technology and innovation can bring new benefits.

Following up on independent research which found that UK workers are using an average of four communication apps with over two-thirds wasting up to an hour each day navigating between apps, RingCentral will be showcasing new features enhancements to Glip®, our team messaging and collaboration offering, leveraging our open integration platform that streamlines workflows to help organisations solve even the most challenging use cases.

To complement this research, my presentation will delve into this data to hopefully provide an insightful session on how the rise of Collaborative Communications can help shift organisations from Workplace Chaos to Zen. (Thursday 17 May 11:40 to 12:10)

At the UC EXPO keynote theatre (Wednesday 16 May 15:00 to 15:30), my esteemed colleague and RingCentral’s Chief Strategy Officer, Praful Shah, will offer a “view from the top” to discuss the industry’s current challenges, strategies, and forecasts for 2018 and beyond with a focus on cloud computing and AI.

With myself and a full team of RingCentral experts on the stand, along with a host of real world demonstrations, UC EXPO 2018 promises to be an exciting event.
