Matteo’s focus is on creating and delivering key messaging and content to help raise awareness and communicate how RingCentral differentiates itself by successfully delivering exceptional experiences for its customers and partners. Matteo joins RingCentral with a wealth of experience after having worked for several high-tech organisations ranging from an artificial intelligence (AI) start-up looking to disrupt the customer service industry to a 100-year-old global telecommunications company that’s aggressively expanding into the cloud communications industry. In his spare time, Matteo likes to exercise, travel, and experiment with cooking!
