- Avaya J139, J169, J179 phones are now available, and J159 and B199 will be added during Q2 2020.
- Cisco CP6821 & CP8851 phones will be available for Global Office customers for both domestic and international users.
- Slack integration offers the ability to make RingCentral phone calls in Slack.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration now supports Microsoft Channel Integration Framework which allows use of RingCentral across all Dynamics 365 applications.
- G Suite Add-on integration has been unified, combining Google Calendar and Gmail applications into one add-on.
- RingCentral Office Rapid Deployment Offer Be up and running within 48 hours from any location in a single unified experience. More.
- Customer Engagement, enabling customer service to remain up and running at all times with work from home agents powered by RingCentral — free seats license for 90 days. More.
