UK data residency, Polycom skyline devices for Global Office™, and greater Chinese number availability.

United Kingdom data residency available on demand

UK data residency will enable more organisations to take advantage of cloud communications to enhance customer experience while controlling customer data. Data stored in the UK for RingCentral Office® includes voicemail, call recordings, faxes, call logs, and analytics. Future releases will expand data residency across other product lines.

Polycom Skyline now available for Global Office

The new Polycom VVX series is now included in our international shipping and device support. These four affordable new phones feature an intuitive color interface for easy navigation, HD voice technology for exceptional quality, and a web-based configuration tool for simple setup and deployment.

Expanded international number availability for China

To better serve our partners with customers in China, we’ve expanded to 27 local area codes and shared-cost numbers. Shared-cost numbers offer nationwide coverage and can be reached by both mobile and landline devices within China. They are best used by companies residing outside of China that require local dialling numbers.

French number masking for data privacy now an option for Europe

To help you comply with French data-privacy rules, we now offer number masking for French employees. When enabled, the last four digits will be masked on any external calls made to or from a company-owned French number.
