September 2019 Release

RingCentral for Microsoft Teams

Now you can seamlessly launch RingCentral video and audio conferences from Microsoft Teams. Plus, you can @mention the RingCentral bot in your Teams conversation to initiate a RingCentral meeting or conference.

RingCentral for Microsoft Outlook

In our latest RingCentral for Outlook update, our integrated directory makes it even simpler to connect with your contacts. In addition, you can now filter your Outlook, work, and personal contacts—and even click to call from the recent activities section within contact cards.

RingCentral for Microsoft Office 365

With our latest update, Office 365 supports Teams. Now it’s easy to launch RingCentral voice calls and video meetings from a Teams personal chat and conference calls and video meetings from a group channel chat. You can also select RingCentral as your default for voice calls or video meetings in Teams.

RingCentral for Salesforce Reporting

Now you can leverage RingCentral calling analytics across your Salesforce organisation. Understand how your team stacks up with insights into individual and team performance. A complete dashboard provides insights into your reps’ total calls, average duration per call, average calls per day, and more.

RingCentral for Firefox

Our RingCentral for Firefox extension adds powerful capabilities to your browser. You can now schedule and join RingCentral meetings™ and audio conference calls using Google Calendar. Access the RingCentral softphone from any Firefox web page. You can now view a complete list of voicemails, faxes, and messages in the message hub. Finally, combine your RingCentral, Google, and personal contacts in one easy-to-search screen.

RingCentral for NetSuite and RingCentral for Bullhorn

With our separate integrations for NetSuite and Bullhorn, you can click to call any number from Netsuite, Bullhorn, or your Chrome browser. With our inbound and outbound screen pops, you’ll get relevant caller information before you pick up the phone. Enhanced call logging lets you take notes, @mention a colleague, and set next steps from within RingCentral. Plus, integrated real-time analytics provide helpful call insights.
