Manage conference calls for others with dynamic conferencing

Now it’s easier than ever to manage conference calls for others. With the proper call delegation permissions, you can now manage participants on active conference calls as well as invite and add new participants directly to live calls. You can also set up and manage several conference call rooms simultaneously.

Unlock user accounts with a single click

Account lockouts happen—but they no longer have to keep employees offline. Admins now have the power to get complete clarity on user status and unlock accounts with a single click.

Faster user setup and activation

Save time and onboard users faster than ever by empowering admins to set up new employee accounts. They can now configure unique email addresses and set up passwords, pins, and security questions on a user’s behalf.

Cloud recordings are now available with RingCentral Meetings™

Hosts and attendees of RingCentral Meetings can now record meetings and save directly to the cloud rather than to their local drive. Easily access and share recordings with those who were and weren’t on the call.

Introducing new devices

Connect with employees and customers from your desk or conference room with new state-of-the-art phones and adaptors. As part of this release, we’re integrating with three new devices:

RingCentral Persist™ enhancements

Persist now supports RingCentral Phone™ for desktop and common phones. Create and manage gateway groups to enable extension-to-extension calls between users associated with those gateways. Plus, you can now instantly reach RingCentral customer support during an outage over PSTN by dialling 611. Persist is now supported in four new countries—Australia, Ireland, France, and the Netherlands.
