Chief Customer Officer and Executive Vice President
As RingCentral’s Chief Customer Officer, Faiza Hughell focuses on the success of RingCentral’s customers across all markets and geographies including Customer Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services and Implementation. Previously, Faiza held the title of Senior Vice President of Small Business where she was responsible for the growth of RingCentral’s small business customer base worldwide. Faiza joined RingCentral in 2010 with a charter to scale inside sales, helping drive growth through the company’s IPO in 2013. During her nine years at RingCentral, she has built and scaled multiple teams across the sales organization, including Sales Development, BDR, Solutions Engineering & Small Business. Her passion is centered around empowering her customers and teams.
Prior to joining RingCentral, Faiza built and led Small Business and Sales Development teams at Cisco WebEx. As a segment leader, Faiza was focused on Small Business Growth as well as eCommerce.
Faiza works with various charities that provide battered women with job training and interview skills training, using her business prowess to help others find a journey to success. Faiza has received numerous awards, including a 2007 Gold Stevie Award for Sales Team of the Year, 2016 Bronze Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year, Tribute to Women of Silicon Valley Award for Female Empowerment in 2018, and The Modern Sale and Collective[i] Top 100 Global Sales Leaders of 2021.
