Call Waiting With RingCentral Call Waiting, you won’t miss an important call even when you’re on call. This feature provides notification through pulse tones played into the existing call or phone display of the incoming call showing the Caller Display. Caller Display When your clients dial your main number, Caller Display provides their name and number if listed in your Contacts database. Call Hold With this feature, you can place your existing call on hold. Call Hold can be done from any device, including your mobile phones and landline phones. Just enter ## to place your callers on hold. And while your callers are on hold, you can play music or a public announcement. Call Blocking With RingCentral Call Blocking, calls can be blocked from specific area codes, phone numbers or from payphone. Just sign onto your online account and enter the numbers or area codes that you want to block. RingMe The RingMe button icon or text code can be downloaded on websites, emails, or Internet ads. When your reader clicks your RingMe link, a pop up box will appear on their computer. The reader will then be connected by phone to your business, at no cost. The incoming call will still follow the Call Whisper and Call Controller rules you have set up. You can also create answering rules to route your calls to employees. You can screen the call, answer it, route it, or allow the call to follow the answering rules you have set up. RingOut Click-to-call from your computer or phone. This is very useful to those who dial long international numbers or a regular series of numbers. By phone – Listen to your message and just press one to number to immediately return the call.
