RingCentral Rooms currently works on the Macintosh platform and is available with RingCentral Office Standard +.
There are two ways to join a meeting:
1) You can start a meeting by tapping on the “Meet Now” icon from the iPad in the conference room. The meeting will start immediately. Once you are in a meeting, you can invite any attendee with an email invitation.
2) If you had a RingCentral meeting scheduled earlier from your calendar and selected a specific conference room, your meeting will be displayed on the RingCentral Rooms’ iPad console for that specific conference room. You can tap the “Meeting List,” then select your meeting and just tap on the “Start” button to start from the iPad.
