What kind of commitment do I have to make?

No commitment required. You can pay as you go (month-to-month) and cancel at any time. Any devices you buy must be returned in usable condition for a refund within 90 days of their purchase date.

Will my credit card be charged during the free trial?

No. We will automatically upgrade and bill you when your 14-day trial period ends. To avoid charges, return any RingCentral desktop phones within 5 days after the end of your trial. 

What is included in the free trial?

Our free trial includes up to 5 phone lines with 50 free outbound minutes per line. Make calls using any combination of desktop phones, desktop apps and mobile apps.
