The success of the Call & Contact Centre Expo is built partially on the fact that it offers valuable networking opportunities to people in the communication and customer contact industries. However, the event is also highly commended for it’s informative and insightful speaker sessions, which discuss some of the most crucial trends in the industry as we know it. We’re happy to say that we’ll be sharing our insights again this year through John Finch, AVP of Contact Centre Product Marketing, and Julien Rio, Head of Marketing for RingCentral Engage.

This year, we'll be returning with a theme focused on customer engagement in the digital era, and what our contact centre portfolio can do to transform your current strategy. Click To Tweet

What to Expect from Our Speaker Sessions

This is the second year that the Call and Contact Centre Expo has come to London, and it will also be the second time that RingCentral will be supplying two highly-seasoned speakers to join the educational roster. This year, we’ll be returning with a theme focused on customer engagement in the digital era, and what our contact centre portfolio can do to transform your current strategy.

Finch, who attended and spoke at the 2018 Contact Centre Expo, will be returning to the stage this year to discuss how products like RingCentral Engage and RingCentral Contact Centre can help businesses to engage with a transforming environment of new consumers. In a world where people are in constant motion, customers need quicker, more convenient ways to connect with brands. The demand for a consistent and streamlined communication experience has prompted the rise of omnichannel contact centres, along with other disruptive technologies designed to help agents handle a more complex service environment.

Finch will be discussing how companies can empower agents in the engagement era with the right tools to better engage with modern customers. You’ll learn how everything from machine learning and artificial intelligence, to the right platform and service strategies, can take your business to the next level.

Omnichannel Contact Centres and Customer Engagement

Finch will also be joined by Julien Rio. Rio will also be building on the theme of customer engagement in the digital era, by discussing how organisations can jump-start their omnichannel capabilities, and ensure that they’re connecting with customers on all the right touch points.

As the world becomes increasingly digital, we’re all using multiple channels for communication in both our personal and professional lives. From instant messaging to social media, it’s time for businesses to re-assess the opportunities available to them in a diverse digital world. Rio will cover the significant obstacles facing digital transformation today, and the routes that your company can take to overcome them once and for all.

We’ll be ready to share all of these insights with you and more at the London ExCel Centre on the 27th and 28th of March 2019. However we don’t only want to share, we want to hear from you and understand your business. Comment below and let us know how you are adapting to the fast growing digital trends and how it’s affecting your customer experience journey.
