Over the last few years speaking to customers, it’s clear that many organisations have undergone a major shift towards agility, fostered in part by adoption of the cloud, and innovative new communication technologies. In the always on the internet age, many have streamlined critical business tasks through better multichannel interactions between teams, suppliers, and customers.
